Refund policy
Batteryworks makes every effort to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered strictly as per the product specifications and delivery timelines mentioned on our website. As a standard policy, customers are requested to thoroughly inspect the product and its accessories at the time of delivery.
In case of any visible damage, mismatch, or missing items, the issue must be reported immediately and before accepting the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, Batteryworks will not entertain any return or refund requests, except under the circumstances mentioned below.
Returns, Replacements, or Refunds will be entertained ONLY in the following cases:

Wrong Product Delivered
If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error from our end, a replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days from the date the issue is reported. -
Product Out of Stock
If the ordered product is unavailable due to stock constraints, the amount paid for that product will be refunded via NEFT/Bank Transfer within 15 working days from the date of confirmation. -
Product Damaged During Transit
If the product is found to be physically damaged at the time of delivery and the issue is reported immediately before acceptance, a replacement will be arranged within 7 working days.
Prepaid - Order Cancellation Charges
In case of order cancellation, once the order is received, Rs.150 cancellation charges will be applied and the balance amount will be refunded in your payment method in 2-4 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Advance Payment Policy
To reduce non-serious orders and ensure smooth order fulfillment, Batteryworks charges a Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee and collects a partial advance payment on eligible COD orders.
COD Charges
A non-refundable COD handling charge of Rs.100 will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Partial Advance Payment for COD Orders
For COD orders, customers are required to pay a partial advance amount before dispatch:

Order Value Rs.500 – Rs.1,000: Advance Payment of Rs.100

Order Value Rs.1,001 – Rs.6,000: Advance Payment of Rs.200
The balance amount will be payable at the time of delivery.
Non-Refundable Advance Payment
The advance amount collected for COD orders is used towards order processing, packaging, logistics, and dispatch costs.
The advance payment is strictly non-refundable under the following circumstances:

Customer refuses to accept the shipment

Customer is unavailable for delivery despite multiple delivery attempts.

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Order is returned due to customer-related reasons.

Customer cancels the order after dispatch.
By placing a COD order and making the advance payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the advance amount shall not be refunded in the above situations.
