Check your model. This pack is for the Dyson V7 range and corresponds to Dyson part 968670-02. V6, V8, V10 and V11 batteries are different shapes and will not fit. Compare your existing pack before ordering.
- Switch the vacuum off and remove it from the charging dock before changing the battery.
- Charge fully before first use. Charge only on a charger intended for this vacuum.
- Do not disassemble, crush or solder the pack, do not short the terminals, and do not throw it into fire or water — as marked on the pack itself.
